Senior post Jephany Brown is a 6-foot-1 power forward and Providence commit with a knack for scoring in the paint. She is a power player with nice touch around the rim.
Brown and Chanel Green, a 5-7 point guard, led the Warriors to their seventh straight D.C. Interscho- lastic Athletic Association title. Woodson is a strong senior led team with big wins over tough out of state opponents such as Archbishop Spalding (MD), Norland (FL), Potter’s House Christian (FL) and Murray Bergtraum (NY). They are eager for a rematch against #1 seed Riverdale Baptist, who beat HD Woodson 77-76 in January.
